Amber sample vials have solid top black phenolic caps that are Teflon faced with 14B rubber liners. Cap material is black phenolic and cap and liners are autoclavable. With these vials, Teflon and Type 1 glass are the only surfaces that will make contact with the sample. This sample vial and closure combination provides an extremely inert and chemically-resistant environment for harsh, sensitive and reactive samples.
